Streamline Adoption with the Copilot Training Engagement Agent

I thoroughly enjoy leading Copilot training sessions, but what always takes the most time is thinking of new tips, exercises, and use cases to share with attendees after the session. Frankly, this follow-up work often ends up near the bottom of my to‑do list — until now.

I knew there had to be a better way, so I leaned on my trusty Copilot to help. After a brief brainstorming session, I created the Copilot Training Engagement agent using Agent Builder.

The Copilot Training Engagement agent is designed to analyze the meeting transcript from a training session and produce 3–5 Teams channel posts. While I could have grounded the agent in my presentation deck, I intentionally chose not to. Instead, I wanted the agent to take into account the unique scenarios, questions, and comments that surfaced organically during the session. Providing this context allows the agent to generate posts that are more relevant, impactful, and personal for each audience.

The generated posts vary in objective and format. They include pro tips, hands-on exercises, and real-world use cases, all designed to help teams revisit the content in new and meaningful ways after the training concludes.

Ultimately, this agent helps create a unique and tailored follow‑up experience for every group that goes through Copilot training.

That kind of follow-through builds confidence, encourages experimentation, and normalizes Copilot as part of the workflow — which is where adoption really takes root.
